The philosophy of my StrengthCamp is based on Consistent Progression. If your training is not structured to achieve that, you are wasting your time. There are many different ways to create this necessary environment for Success. Increasing resistance and work capacity, decreasing rest periods or moving to more advanced training methods are just a few. The key factor is to choose the right training tools for the individual needs, goal settings and fitness levels.

Over 30 years of lifting experience and education (see About Me) allow me to design appropriate programs for individuals with different goal settings. I work with people who want to move more Energetically through life, week-end warriors who want to step up their game and Athletes who want to win Championships and Athletic Scholarships.

A special focus of my Strength Camp is the Significant Improvement of Power and Athletic Performance of Young Athletes.

I implement movements from Bodybuilding, Strongman, Powerlifting and Calisthenics to get the job done. Mini goals and benchmarks have to be established and accomplished first before the main target can be reached. This simple principle of improvement is one of the most overlooked factors in today’s training.

What I expect from everyone is Commitment and Dedication. If this sounds like you, contact me for a consultation and pricing and I will realistically explain what it will take for you to reach your goals.

I work out of two training facilities:
